If you're in the USA, no need to worry about extra fees during delivery, if the order is under $800.
✅ For EU and UK
If you're in the EU or the UK, it's a good idea to keep your order under €150. Etsy will handle VAT and you don’t need to pay anything additionally.
✅ For Australia
If you're in Australia, aim for one order with a value under $600. Etsy will collect GST for orders under $1000 AUD.

✓ What materials are used in your toys? Are your toys safe for children?

Our manufacturers make sure that all toys are age-appropriate and made with water-based, safe, and non-toxic paint. And don't worry, all our toys are polished to be super smooth for safe and fun play!

✓ How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped on Etsy, you'll receive a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take 1-2 days to become available, as we utilize various mail services and carriers to dispatch your package to the shipping service.

Delivery times vary, generally taking 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Since JubiBox is just starting, items come directly from our manufacturer, but hopefully soon we will be able to provide quick 2-day shipping services with your support!

✓ What if the package is delayed?

We know this can be frustrating, but we would like to inform you that all delivery services are experiencing high demand, especially during the holiday season. The closer it gets to the holidays, the longer delivery times may be. To ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance.

Unfortunately, we cannot control delays caused by factors such as bad weather or holiday-related overloads. However, if your package arrives later than expected, don't worry. Let us know, and we will work hard to get your package to you as quickly as possible by contacting the carrier on your behalf.

✓ What if my package arrived damaged?

If this unfortunate situation occurs, please send us detailed photos of the damaged item and its parts. This will enable us to promptly begin the process of sending you a replacement item. Due to JubiBox being in its beginning stages, we do ask that all damaged or unwanted items be returned before an exchange takes place.

In cases of substantial damage, we may request the client to file a claim with the carrier. Taking these steps not only assists in addressing the current issue but also helps us implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in submitting a claim to UPS when necessary.

✓ What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, we will receive official confirmation from the delivery service. In such instances, customers have the option to choose either a refund or a replacement parcel. Items must be verified as lost by the carrier before exchanges or refunds take place. If a package is simply taking too long, please refer to the previous section about package delays.

Please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation promptly.

✓ What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 15 days, in line with our shop policy. As per Etsy rules, buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is accountable for any resulting loss in value. It is best to provide photos or videos of items before they are returned so that we can distinguish if the item was damaged in shipping or damaged before return.

Please, reach out to us, and we will provide you with the shipping address for returning your order. Once we receive your package, you'll have the option to receive a refund or choose a replacement item.
