PERSONAL INFORMATION I NEED FROM YOU
When you place an order, I will receive your name and address.
Then I will ask you to give me:
- your middle name,
- telephone number,
- and email.
I need them mandatorily because it is a requirement for order a DHL international shipping.
I never use this information for anything else. I never do marketing, spam, claims to action, newsletter and I do not have mailing lists. And of course, I do not share or sell it.
The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires me to specify all that I'm telling in these paragraphs to protect the privacy rights of my online shoppers.

RARE TIMES I NEED TO CONTACT YOU OUTSIDE ETSY PLATFORM
When I receive an order from you, I chat with you on Etsy intern message (also called convos).
Sometimes when people do not answer me in a few days, I need to write them an email or an SMS just regarding the order details.
After the painting delivery, I will never use your personal information again.

WITH WHOM I SHARE YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION
With DHL and if you buy an art print I share your shipping information with my International company of print on demand. These companies never use your personal information for marketing or Spam or something else that for doing my shipping.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Sometimes I share my painting process, your finished painting or in very rare cases the original photo on my social media accounts.
If you don't like this idea, just tell me and I will not share it. I understand that 100% and I never ask why :)

ETSY
Sometimes I use a painting I've done as an example of my work here on Etsy. If you don't want for me to do an advice using your painting, just tell me and I will not use it of course.

DATA RETENTION
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
