How does the resume writing service work — what do I actually receive?
After purchasing, you receive a Career Signal Extraction Questionnaire as an automatic download. You complete it and send it back through Etsy Messages along with your current resume (if you have one). From there, we rewrite your resume from the ground up — ATS-formatted, achievement-focused, and accurate to what you told us. You receive a final Word and PDF file within 3–5 business days of us receiving your completed materials. One round of revisions is included.
When does my turnaround clock start?
Your delivery window begins when we receive your completed questionnaire and resume — not at the time of purchase. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from that point. If you purchased the Priority 48-Hour Delivery add-on, your window is 48 hours from receipt of your materials. Please send your materials as promptly as possible after purchasing.
What are the add-on listings for — do I need them?
The two add-on listings are optional upgrades purchased alongside the base resume listing. The Exact Job Match Package ($45) rebuilds your resume specifically for one live job posting and includes a custom cover letter — ideal if you've already found a role you want to apply for. The Priority 48-Hour Delivery ($35) moves your order to the front of the queue if you have a tight deadline. Neither add-on works as a standalone purchase — both require the base resume listing.
What if I don't have an existing resume to send?
That's completely fine. There's a checkbox on your questionnaire specifically for this — just indicate you don't have a resume and we'll build yours entirely from your questionnaire answers. This is why the questionnaire is designed to be thorough: it captures everything we need including your work history, dates, education, certifications, and key achievements.
Do the digital download products (planners, workbooks, AI tools) ship physically?
No — every item in this shop is a digital download. Files are delivered automatically after purchase and are available in your Etsy account. Nothing is shipped. If you have any issue accessing your download, message us through Etsy and we'll resolve it promptly.
