Hello! Welcome to my shop! My jewels are sustainable made and that means that I work on them by hand once the order is placed. Yes, that means that you will have to wait some time to receive your jewel. Depending of the quantity of work that I have, time may vary but I always do my best!
PLEASE make sure that you have entered the right mailing address and that is a safe place for dropping off your parcel. You can give me your work address or a P.O. box.
There may be some delay on the reception of the parcels due to restrictions in some international borders, please, be patience and understanding.
Feel free to write me anytime you want, I'll be happy to answer any question you may have.

Hi! I'm Paula and I've been doing jewels for more than 7 years now. La Géométrie in a one woman brand and every piece you see on my shop is made totally by hand, allowing me to customized any jewel.
Shop policies
The origin of each piece is different. The shape of a building, the ambiente of a film, an art movement influence their shapes and colours.
La Géométrie wants to be far away from the "mass production" and try to get closer to the art's world: photographie, architecture, cinema, paintings, design.

Payment
I accept payment through Pay Pal and major credit cards. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like me to put an item on hold, please let me know! I'm happy to hold your item for up to 48 hours.
Shipping
Shipments are sent via La Poste (French Mail Service) with tracking. Our jewels can take up to 15 days to ship (usually sooner) because we're making them especially for you.
Your tracking number will automatically be emailed to you when your order ships. All our jewels will arrive to your home inside a cute hard cardboard box with care instructions inside a bubble mailer to avoid damages.

If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
International Shipping
** Please be aware that customs fees may be charged at your local post office. Customers are occasionally surprised by these fees. Please double check with your local customs office if you are unsure whether import taxes will be applied to your purchase. All customs fees are your responsibility. **

Please let me know if you would like your items shipped express or at a slower/reduced rate.
