Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item, please send us a message within 2 weeks of receiving it, if the item is still in "like-new" condition, we will refund yoyu your money.

Customers are responsible for shipping and we will process the exchange after we receive the returned item.

All returned items must be well protected in the original packaging or equivalent, with TRACKING. Customer assumes all responsibility for loss or damage: remember you own the item until it gets back to us! The tracking is your proof that you sent the item. If an item is lost or damaged, we will not credit you.
We accept payment via PayPal.
That does not mean that you have to have a PayPal account, you can just use your debit/credit card on the PayPal log-in section.

• Customs:
All customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. International duties and taxes must be taken care for by the customer.
We use the spanish official Government Posts services. For international shipping, depending on the destination, shipping may take up to 25 working days - normally about 10-15 business days overseas and 6-8 days to Europe.
Once your package has been dispatched we will send you a message with your tracking details.

• Items will be shipped to your address, so please make sure that it's correct.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect addresses.

• Please note that the shipping is standard without insurance. If you wish your order to be shipped with an insurance, please contact us before your purchase.

•Please be aware that delays can occur due to customs, local mail, weather and other circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you want your package to be insured please contact us to find out the cost.
