Our physical poster and wall art prints are made to order by a professional print partner. Packaging may vary depending on the print size, destination country, and local fulfillment partner.

Smaller prints may be shipped flat, while larger prints may be shipped in a protective tube or similar packaging. Flat packaging can be suitable for smaller prints because the paper does not arrive curled.

If your print arrives damaged, bent, or noticeably creased, please message us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.

Once Etsy confirms your payment, your files can be accessed from your Etsy account.

Please sign in to Etsy.com using a web browser, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews, and open your order to download the files. Digital downloads are not available through the Etsy app.

If you purchased as a guest, please use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.

Digital download products are delivered as files only. No physical item will be shipped.
