How can I place an order?
Making a purchase is simple! Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Choose your favorite embroidered item from our collection.
Step 2: Select your preferred size, color, and style (Sweatshirt, Hoodie, or T-shirt).
Step 3: In the "Add a note" section at checkout, please specify any custom designs or characters you’d like us to include.
Step 4: Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is crafted with care, our timeline is as follows:
Production Time: It takes us 1–2 weeks to perfect your embroidery.
Shipping (U.S.): Approximately 5–7 business days.
Shipping (International): Approximately 7–14 business days.
Note: Tracking info typically updates 1–2 weeks after purchase. Please don’t worry if you don't see movement during the first few days—that’s when the magic is happening in our studio!
Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 hours: Absolutely! You can cancel for a full refund.
After 24 hours: Your order has already entered the production phase. Cancellations at this stage will incur a 50% fee to cover material and labor costs.
Custom Designs: If we have already started on a personalized or image-based design, a $5 design fee will be deducted from the refund.
How do I take care of my embroidered garment?
To keep your embroidery looking brand new, please follow these "love" instructions:
The First Wash: We use a water-soluble stabilizer for the best finish. Simply soak the item in water for 2–3 minutes, and it will dissolve completely.
Washing: Hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap is best. If using a machine, turn the garment inside out, use a laundry bag, and select the delicate cycle.
Drying: Air dry flat or on a hanger. Avoid direct sunlight and never use a hot dryer.
Ironing: Iron from the inside only. Never press the iron directly onto the embroidery.
What is your return and replacement policy?
We strive for perfection (80–100% accuracy compared to photos), though slight variations in color or a 0.5–1 inch size tolerance may occur due to the handmade nature.
We offer a free replacement if:
There is a manufacturing defect or damage.
We sent the wrong design or made a spelling error.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We cannot offer refunds/replacements for:
Choosing the wrong size.
Changing your mind after delivery.
Providing incorrect personalization details.
