Shipping, Returns & Non Delivery - I will follow my Store Policies. I ship to the address provided by the Buyer. It is Buyers responsibiity to provide correct & deliverable shipping address. Buyer is responsbile for any & all Customs or Duty Costs or Fees owed. If Package or Item is refused, not picked up, undeliverable or returned, then it is Buyers responsbiliy to provide a correct reshipping address & pay for the cost of reshipping the purchased item. Debbie Ann – I am One Owner, Curator, Buyer, Stylist and Photographer of Love Rocks Vintage & Love Rocks Modern Etsy & Ebay Stores.

Love Rocks Vintage was born out of a pure deep love for all things vintage and unique.

I have been collecting since 2007 with the intent to sell through my Ebay & Etsy Shops and am now at the point of making these amazing finds available to the you through Love Rocks Vintage and Love Rocks Modern.

Everything in the store is personally curator by me, from the far reaches of USA (New York to Florida) and all places in between and around the world. Though most of my pieces have a boho hippie free spirit flair - 60s & 70s, you'll also find classic styles from the 40s through the 90s to What’s Current and Trending.

I enjoy nothing more than seeking out clothing that makes your heart skip a beat...no matter what era, style or budget!

BUYING VINTAGE
. You are buying a vintage & used items which means items have some wear & condition. I do detail & describe my items as honestly, as accurately and to the best of my knowledge through description, details, measurements and photographs. I do list any known MAJOR imperfections (holes, tears etc). I may & can occasionally miss or not list or mention minor flaws, but these minor flaws I do feel that these would in no way take away from the item to any buyer.
. All Sizes are estimates - keep in mind that vintage sizing tends to be smaller than our modern sizing. Please verify measurements – no returns for items that don’t fit.
. Please keep in mind all monitors display colors differently - no returns for any idea of different color or color variations.
. Some items are larger than my models, so they may have been pinned or clipped to show an ideal fit.
. Some items may have been altered, shortened or modified by a professional seamstress for a more desirable fit or look.
. Items have had a previous life and I do not know the environment from which they came, relative to allergies and odors.
. I do not know Buyer's sensitivity to odors or smells or any allergic reactions to any such things. What I think smells OK might be offensive to someone else.
. I do store my items and I may use products to protect items during storage e.g. moth balls.
. Items have NOT BEEN Laundered or Professionally Dry Cleaned - I leave this up to the new owner.
. Items may have accessories & clothing - jewelry, handbags, shoes, belts etc. added for photo details, they are NOT INCLUDED in the purchase price - unless specifically stated.
. Please ask all questions before purchasing.
. I reserve the right to block purchasers for any reason.

VINTAGE CONDITION CHART
Brand New – Unworn and may still have Tags attached.
NWT – New With Tags.
NWOT – New Without Tags.
Dead Stock - Garment in original condition - never used/worn and may have the original tags attached. These items may have some flaws (staining, fading etc) from years of storage.
Mint - Item is as pristine as when it was originally made. Shows no signs of wear.
Near Mint - Item shows only the slightest signs of wear.
Excellent - Item shows typical signs of wear consistent with its age and occasional wear/use.
Very Good - Item is considered wearable, but has some surface flaws (staining, fading, soiling etc).
Good - Item is wearable, cut cannot be returned to excellent condition, may have noted flaws but is still wearable.
Fair - Item is barely wearable, could be used as a project piece or costume.
Poor - Item is not wearable, could be used as a pattern, project piece or costume.

PAYMENT
. Payment MUST be made Immediately on all purchases.
. No Cancellations of ANY purchase is allowed.
. Etsy collects all applicable Sales Tax.
. NO Chargeback are allowed!


RETURNS
. No RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUND, PARTIAL REFUNDS!
This includes but not limited to - Changing Mind; Wrong Size; Wrong Fit; Wrong Color; Buyer’s Remorse; Found Cheaper etc.
. In the rare event you feel that the item has been grossly misrepresented or a fatal flaw was discovered - please contact me immediately. Please expect to exchange photographs & details. I will look into any claims with a open & fair evaluation. Ultimately I do have the final decision.
. I have disclosed fair professional evaluation of the Item and inspected each item to evaluate it’s condition along with the use of details, descriptions, measurements and photographs to disclose the condition of the item. I personally inspect each Item as it is being Listed and again before Shipment.
. My goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from Love Rocks Vintage!
. See separate Policy below for Non Delivery, Refused or Uncollected Return Package/Item.

MEASUREMENTS
. I provide multiple measurements to help Buyers determine their own size & fit.
. Measurements are taken from the outside of the garment, while the garment is lying flat, then doubled. USA Standard Measurements in Inches – unless Noted!
. I take multiple measurements to the best of my ability, ultimately it is buyers responsibility to verify their size & fit of the garment they are purchasing!

SHIPPING
. I ship Worldwide - unless item is Restricted!
. Buyer is responsible for all Shipping Costs!
. I ship all items in 1-3 business days!
. I ship only to confirmed addresses!
. Buyers assumes all responsibility to Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Non Delivered, Uncollected, Refused Items/Purchases!
. I am not responsible for the time taken for the Shipping and Customs Process!
. I reserve the right to add Extra USPS Services (Certified/Registered/Signature Required/Tracking + Insurance) this is to Guarantee & verify Delivery, which in turn helps to Protects Your Purchase. This fee would be included in the Handling Fee.
. I have the right to deny shipping to a Buyer if I feel that buyer is not providing a accurate or secure shipping address.


Domestic Shipping
. USA purchases ship USPS Priority Mail, Priority Flat Rate Mail with USPS Tracking.
. If Buyer wants an upgraded shipping service or a different Shipper (Fed Ex, UPS) etc. please contact me prior to purchasing!
. If any Package is RETURNED, REFUSED, NOT COLLECTED OR UNDELIVERABLE, I will contact Buyer if & when I have the return package in my possession. Buyer will then have 7 days to repay for & arrange reshipping of the purchased item. If reshipping costs & proof of a correct & valid shipping address are NOT provided, then Buyer will forfeit the item & the full amount paid for item. No Refund will be Given to Buyer! Seller has the right to relist and resell this same item and keep all funds from reselling this returned item.

International Shipping
. International purchases ship USPS Priority Mail, Priority Flat Rate Mail with Tracking.
. Any customs laws, fees or impact duties associated with receiving an item are NOT included in the Purchase Price or Shipping Costs. Buyers assume all costs & risks.
. Please check with your Country's Customs/Duty/Import Office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to Purchasing.
. Custom Forms must be marked as Merchandise and at the Price Paid.
. Some items may not be able to be shipped Internationally.

Shipping Returns, Refusal, Non Delivery
If an item is returned to me by USPS (refused, not picked up, custom fees or duties not paid, unclaimed, undeliverable) or for any other reason, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping cost plus the additional shipping costs to resend the purchase. I will contact the buyer, I must receive the return shipping payment within 7 days of contact. Otherwise the Item will be Relisted for Sale by me the Seller. I have the right to list & resell this returned item and keep all sale funds. No Refund will be given back to the buyer and the purchase will be forfeited to Seller.


Shipping Insurance
. I ship all items with the standard Shipping Service provider included Insurance coverage.
. If there is any damage, loss, non delivery or missing package or purchase, then I would follow the Shipping Service provider policy & refund.
. It is ultimately Buyers responsibility to request & to pay for any additional shipping insurance on the purchased item.
. Please contact me prior to purchasing so that I can add the extra costs of full Shipping Insurance coverages to your purchase.



USE OF MY CONTENT
. I DO NOT ALLOW ANY OTHER PERSON OR PERSONS OR COMPANY TO REUSE MY CONTENT FOR THEIR OWN USE. THIS INCLUDES OR MY DETAILS, DESCRIPTION OR PHOTOGRAPHS!
. I WILL TAKE ALL AND ANY LEGAL ACTIONS TO UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY PICS, CONTENT, DETAILS!



STORE CREDIT
. If Buyer is offered LRV Store Credit then the following terms do apply:
- Use of Credit within 1 YEAR of the original item purchased date.
- If Buyer does not use within the 1 year then Buyer forfeits the Store Credit amount$$, no exceptions.
- No reminders will be snet to Buyer of Store Credit expiration!
- Contact Seller, before purchasing so that I can adjust the item.
- Buyer pays a 30% restocking fee on all approved Returned items, which will be deducted from the item original purchase price and remaining balance would be given as Store Credit.
- All Store Credit purchases will follow my regular terms & conditions apply to buying, shipping, returns etc.
