Returns and exchange details
We will only accept the cancellation of your order and full refund of the money within the first 24 hours since your order is placed.
- Changes of the selected design:
Design changes are not accepted.
- Changes in the shipment:
As long as the package has not been sent, there is no problem to vary the shipping address.
we must bear in mind that the new address can change the price of the initial shipment, being the postal company the one that sets the prices, we do not take charge of the increments for change of address.
- Product changes:
It is accepted to change the product within 15 calendar days after the delivery by contacting us within this period. If the product is on offer or promotion we will not accept changes.
We do not refund the money, it is always exchanged for another of the same price or higher, paying the difference.
To make the changes, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
- Changes for damaged or defective items:
Communicate to makinandoarte [!at] gmail.com sending us photos of the damaged or defective product together with the receipt of the same that shows that not more than 24 hours have passed since its reception.
We will NOT refund money, the product will be exchanged for another exactly the same, assuming the shipping costs.
If the damage of the product is due to the transport of the same, makinando does not take charge and must be claimed to the transport company.
If you want to change the model you must pay an extra cost.
- Product returns:
As it is a personalized product made by hand, we do not accept returns, only changes and cancellations within the first 24 hours since your order is placed.
We only accept product changes as long as the customer assumes the costs of the shipments.
