Wow. I don't know where to start with the HUGE amount of amazing customer service Ilaria provided. She worked with me with my USA fixture questions, she was SO helpful in every way possible on other questions that I had on hanging it - and she is SOOOO NICE!!! this piece was so forward and bold in a VERY beautifully delicate way - so much so, that I purchased another with the wall plug option - I mean it's gorgeous. Everyone remarks on how much they love it. Ilaria ships exactly when she says and you get a text that it's on it's way - which was REALLY FAST actually, faster than most domestic things I order, super fast, and it's beautifully shipped in a secure pod container. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Love her style! Thank you Ilaria -

DAMAGED ITEMS and DEFECTS
If you receive an item broken or otherwise damaged in shipment, please email us. We do not offer refunds or replacement for bulbs due to the fragile nature of the product but we certainly do our best to prevent any loss by carefully packing them. Customer satisfaction are our priorities so we will evaluate the damage and determine the best and fastest way to get you your items.
Everything we make is inspected carefully before it leaves our workshop. Please know that all of our items are unique and handmade and therefore irregularities or flaws in concrete like bubbles or barely visible cracks, slight variations in color and size may occur adding to the charm and originality of each piece. If you feel your item is defective, contact us and we will be happy to resolve your concerns.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Because of the made to order, handmade nature of our work we do not usually accept returns for reasons other than defects. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do accept exchanges when emailed within 3 days of receiving the original package.
Mostly of our Items are in stock but Some others or custom purchases are made to order. If we don’t have the ítem in stock, once you place an order we make your purchases as fast as we can which takes no longer than 2 – 3 weeks.
Please email us your purchase is urgent. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests and can quote faster delivery options.

• US and Canada 7-12 business days

It’s very useful if you add a telephone number to your delivery address. The track company can contact with you if they can’t find you the first time they deliver your pack. Please be sure to verify your address. We can not be held responsible for items shipped to a listed address that is incorrect
