Do I need to have a specific idea in mind, or can you provide creative suggestions based on my business?
It’s usually best if you start with an initial idea or vision so I can accurately capture what you’re looking for. That said, I do take creative liberties to bring your logo to life and will offer suggestions throughout the design process. Plus, my design brief includes helpful questions to guide you and make it easier to share your ideas.
What is included in a custom logo design?
It depends on which package you choose! You can always check the product description for detailed information on what’s included in each package. However, every package comes with high-quality files like PNG, JPEG, AI, and vector formats (SVG or PDF), plus unlimited revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final design.
How long does it take to get my logo?
Typically, you’ll receive your initial concepts within 24 hours after I received your questionnaire form. however, revisions can take between 24 to 72 hours. The complete turnaround depends on how many revisions you request, but I always aim for a fast turnaround!
How will I receive my logo files?
Once your logo is finalized, you’ll receive all your files digitally via google drive link through Etsy chat, which will be ready to use for web and print.
Do you offer branding packages beyond logos?
Yes! I offer additional branding services like business cards, social media kits, and more. Feel free to message me for custom quotes.
What if I’m not satisfied with the final logo? Is there a refund or revision policy?
Your satisfaction is my top priority! I’ll work with you through unlimited revisions until you’re happy. If the design still isn’t right, I can create a completely new concept. If you decide not to continue, I usually offer a full refund. I kindly ask for understanding and fairness if you leave a review, as I’m committed to being flexible and kind.
