I originally ordered the ladybird design, but received a message from Heather saying that she had noticed that mask I’d picked had a fault in it. I was really impressed that she spotted this and obviously has very high standards. Heather offered me the choice between a refund and choosing another design; I chose another design and am so glad I did as it’s a superb mask and a beautiful design!
