Lastly, I am not responsible for the item after it has been shipped. I control when the item is made & when it will be shipped, after I ship it, it is in the post office's hands, If a package arrives damaged or gets lost, I can guarantee it was not sent out that way! Unfortunately sometimes this does happen, but there's really nothing I can do about it.
