What constitutes a custom or personalised order?

A custom or personalised order is one which is not already available as a design on my Etsy shop at the time of ordering.

Due to the time it takes to design and produce such items, I am unable to offer a refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Item colour details

Please note that whilst of the same design, all my hand-painted items are completely unique, no two will ever be the same - beware they're punky, there's splidges and splodges that no one else will have - lucky you...

The painting product used reacts differently with varying colours of materials, so the colour in which the design comes out depends on the colour of the material being painted on.

There may also be slight variations in the colour of items in photographs in comparison to physical products as computer monitor colour outputs can vary, as well as the lighting on the day the photographs were taken.

Sizing details and care instructions

A detailed list of approximate measurements for items in my shop are available in each item description.

Please ensure to read the description before purchasing to avoid disappointment. I am unable to offer a refund or exchange for an item unless the item received is a different size to the one that is described in the listing.

Care instructions for all items of clothing in my shop are described in the listing, sometimes in the clothing labels too. Please refer to these for future reference.

General shipping information

Please ensure you have read the listing description for details on how your order will be posted before making your purchase. The shipping method for each item is outlined in the 'Shipping Note' section of each listing.

As I'm sure you'll understand, once your order has been posted, I have no control over the length of time it takes for an item to get to you and can offer no further information on the location of an item other than the tracking number provided if that service comes as standard or a shipping upgrade has been chosen at the checkout.

Combined shipping is available for all purchases. Add all chosen items to your basket and combined postage will automatically be calculated.

Shipping within the UK

Generally, ‘Standard Shipping’ for items posted within the UK is the Royal Mail Tracked service. However for low value items such as badges/stickers etc. the Royal Mail second class service is used. Once posted, items should arrive in 1-4 business days.

An upgrade to the Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm service is available at the checkout for some items, unless the ‘Standard Shipping’ is the Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm service already.

Shipping outside of the UK

Items posted with ‘Standard Shipping’ outside of the UK are generally posted with the Royal Mail International Tracked service. However for low value items such as badges/stickers etc. the Royal Mail International Standard service is used. Once posted, and depending where you are in the world, items normally arrive within 2-6 weeks. I cannot be held responsible for any delays whilst in transit.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Cancellations are accepted, however, certain items in my shop can be made and sent out very quickly, so if you have ordered in error or would like to cancel please contact me within two hours. Cancellations outside of this period are at the shop’s discretion.

Exchanges are accepted in some situations but return/re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect due to shop error.

Returns

Returns are accepted in some situations, however buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original unused and saleable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items should be returned as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are sending something back that's faulty, damaged or incorrect due to shop error, the refund will include the initial postage costs along with the cost of the item. However if a product is simply unwanted or bought in error I am unable to refund the initial postage costs.

Wrong address supplied with an order

It is the responsibility of customers to check that the delivery address supplied with an order is correct. If the address given is incorrect, please do let me know the correct delivery address as soon as possible; once I have posted an item I am unable to have it re-directed to the correct address or to give any refund. If, once posted to the incorrect address, the item is returned to me, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay the postage costs to have the order re-sent to the correct address.
