MidtermHostKit

Affitto stanze arredate a infermieri itineranti e professionisti a contratto.

Li leggo tutti.

Hi, I'm the host behind MidtermHostKit and The MTR Brief.

I rent furnished rooms to travel nurses and contract professionals. When I started, almost every template I found was made for weekend Airbnb guests, not for someone who lives in your home for three months, gets mail there, works night shifts and wants to know how the deposit works.

So I started making my own: a welcome book written for 30+ day stays, a calculator to check a deal before buying a single piece of furniture, listing and screening templates, and move-in and move-out forms. That's what you'll find here.

Everything is a digital download you can edit in free Canva or Google Sheets. Nothing ships, and you can start using it the same day.

If something isn't working or you have a question, send me a message. I read every one.
