SHIPPING TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Minimae sends all its products for free in Spain and Portugal. Deliveries to the Canary and Balearic Islands have a charge of 9'99€. International shipping costs depend o nweight and format.
Deliveries are made from 48 hours of business days from the moment you made your purchase. (weekends and holidays or special days aren't included)

In case of defective, we will proceed, depending on the case, to repair it, change it, lower the price or to the resolution of the contract. All these processes of course will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE 1

Deliveries to EUROPE are made through our transport company, NACEX. They tend to take 3 to 7 days to arrive depending on the country, not counting holidays or weekends.
We always attach a tracking number so the customer can immediately start tracking the status of the shipment.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE 2
(All European countries that do not appear in the list for shopping to Europe 1)
Deliveries to the rest of Europe are made through certified messenger service with the company CORREOS ESPAÑA.
The estimated delivery time from when the purchase is made is usually 7 to 11 days depending on the country and delays in case it has to pass through customs, delays in which Minimae cannot intervene.

Our deliveries to European countries are ALWAYS made with CERTIFIED packages, which means that they are delivered with a signature required from the buyer, authorized person or the person who receives the package at the place of residence. Normally, the delivery is made by the company that usually delivers standard mail, although there are places where normal letters are delivered by other authorized companies.
