Announcement    Iván Rodriguez, designer and digital graphic artist, passionate about the collage,
photomontage, and photo manipulation, this techniques being able to mix, in a crazy way,
small pieces of history and images apparently disconnected to offer us new realities, new
interpretations, that can result wonderfully absurd and shocking, dreamlike or surreal,
critical or scathing, introspective or humorous.

I really enjoy combining different types of images, which I get from different sources, they
can be made by myself (every time I can I make photos of flowers, buildings, little details
found on the walls, different landscapes, etc.) or I use pictures from old and new magazines,
or I get free image on the net. The result of this work goes in two different lines, one of it is
more like a classic style collage with scissor, paper and glue but made on digital support, and
another line, which even with the same technique, brings me to develop more elaborated
landscapes, with a cosmic and surreal style.
