Please be aware that if you don't add tracking to your order you can't claim a refund of it, since there is no way to locate the order or know if it has been lost. In addition to the fact that without tracking I can't make any claim at the post office so that they return the value of the package and thus make the refund. In case you have made your order with tracking and it has not arrived in the time frame indicated, remember that you only have six months to claim that your package has been lost. After that time I can't claim the return of the value of the package at my post office and therefore I can't offer a refund of the order.
