Como consultora especializada en estrategias de ventas y marketing para negocios de comercio electrónico, dedico mis días a ayudar a otros emprendedores a hacer crecer sus negocios. Cuando mis hijos eran pequeños, durante 5 años me despertaba a las 5 de la mañana todos los días para ganar esas preciadas 2 horas de trabajo concentrado antes de que se despertaran. No se trataba de trabajar más, sino de trabajar de forma más inteligente para poder estar plenamente presente con mis hijos por las tardes y las noches.
Esa experiencia me enseñó que la organización no sólo es útil para las mamás emprendedoras: es absolutamente esencial.
