Ciao, sono Antonio, il creatore di NeonLab36. La mia avventura nel mondo delle insegne LED personalizzate è nata da una semplice passione: dare vita agli spazi con luce e creatività.
Ho sempre amato il design unico e gli oggetti personalizzati, e un giorno ho realizzato che le insegne LED potevano trasformare qualsiasi ambiente in qualcosa di speciale. Ho iniziato a sperimentare diversi design, materiali e tecniche di illuminazione nel mio piccolo laboratorio domestico. Quello che era iniziato come un hobby è presto diventato una vera passione – e amici e parenti hanno cominciato a chiedere le loro insegne personalizzate.
Vedere la gioia sul volto delle persone quando ricevevano le loro insegne LED mi ha ispirato a condividere le mie creazioni con il mondo. È così che è nato NeonLab36 su Etsy – uno spazio dove posso combinare creatività, artigianalità e tecnologia per realizzare insegne LED uniche e personalizzate per ogni occasione.
Ogni insegna che creo è fatta a mano con cura, e tratto ogni ordine come un progetto personale. Dai compleanni ai matrimoni, dagli spazi di lavoro agli ambienti domestici, amo aiutare le persone a illuminare la loro vita – letteralmente!

How long does it take to make a custom LED sign?
Each LED sign is handmade and customized to your specifications. Typically, production takes 5–10 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the design. You will receive a notification once your order is ready to ship.
Can I see a preview before my sign is made?
Yes! For most custom orders, we can provide a digital preview of your sign. This ensures you are happy with the design before production begins. Minor changes may be possible at this stage.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Since all our LED signs are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item.
How do I install my LED sign safely?
All signs come with installation instructions and mounting accessories. Make sure the sign is securely mounted and kept away from children. LED signs are for decorative purposes only.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 2-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, valid in the EU. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or installation.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times depend on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
