I accept Paypal (No PayPal account required!), credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods.

Please make payments within 24 hours after submitting your order. Otherwise I will assume that you are not interested in buying the item, and your order will be cancelled. If this happens and you are still interested in the item, please contact me.

I can keep your order on hold or make a reserved listing for you for 48 hours, after which the item will return to its regular online listing.

I ship orders to Spain and the EU through Correos, the Spanish postal system.
All items are posted by registered mail. (Mail with proof of delivery via the recipient's or authorized person's signature. If you are not at the given address at the time of delivery, a note is left for you to collect the item at the nearest post office).

Items to the US, Canada and other overseas countries will be shipped quickly via DHL with tracking info. DHL requires the recipient's phone number for delivery.
Please add your phone number as a "note to seller" on checkout or send it on a message as soon as possible.
In case I didn't get a response from you the day before the set shipping date, I'll send your order out via Registered Mail (with no tracking information available and longer delivery time - up to three months on high traffic seasons)


All items are gift wrapped and shipped in protective bubble wrap envelopes.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply in your country.

Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for items delayed, lost or damaged in transit, but if you need help I'll go the extra mile and try to sort things out with the postal service on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE: If you didn't provide a phone number before the shipping date and your order was sent thorugh Registered Mail instead of DHL, tracking may not be available in your country and transit may be longer than usual, specially on high traffic dates.
Please be patient, I'll do my best to locate your package but don't expect me to refund or replace your order inmediatelly. I'll do it once I receive a confirmation from the postal service that your package is not reaching its destination.

Most of the fans shown are for right-handed people. In some cases I can also make left-handed fans. Please contact me for availability.

Please note that whilst I take great care to reproduce the exact color and tones of the online images, there may be slight variations across web browsers and your individual computer screen. If an exact color is especially important to you, please read the description carefully and/or contact me. I'll try to find the perfect match for you.
