An ADHD brain?
Aunque no me han diagnosticado clínicamente TDAH, he tenido una depresión severa durante la mayor parte de mi vida y, además, tuve muchas dificultades para concentrarme, asimilar información y regular las emociones.
Actualmente estoy estudiando el Diplomado en Consejería y quiero utilizar las habilidades y conocimientos de ese curso para encontrar más respuestas, ayudarme a mí mismo y a otros a desbloquear nueva sabiduría y utilizar mejores estrategias para mejorar sus vidas.
En mi tiempo libre me gusta escuchar vídeos de Youtube de Lewis Howes y Ali Abdaal hablando sobre filosofía, vida y sabiduría.

Although I'm not clinically diagnosed with ADHD, I have had severe depression throughout most of my life and along with that I struggled a lot with focusing, taking in information and emotional regulation.
I am currently studying Diploma of Counselling and want to use the skills and knowledge from that course to find more answers, help myself and others unlock new wisdom, use better strategies to improve their life.
