I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after the collection of the order. The buyer will pay shipping costs to return the the product/s, unless the item/s arrive damaged and/or with a very different appearance with respect to the look on listings or due to a seller error (different size, color, etc ... )

Returned products must be in the same conditions that were sent (even without the labeling or packaging), in case of damage or difference with item previously sent, no refund will be made.
Payment
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours since the purchase was made.
Shipping
Delivery: 48 hours - 2 weeks. (Depending on whether we have stock or we have to create your product from scratch)
