5 out of 5 starsThis work is really beautiful, I fell in love with it and stretched my budget to be able to buy it. My rating for the art work is a 5+. When ordering I asked seller to protect the parcel to the maximum against uncareful shipment companies.. The print was sent in a cardboard envelope backed on cardboard, unfortunately the shipment company had been very uncareful and unprofessional with the parcel and it arrived bent with a crack in the middle. I filed a complaint with the shipment company and informed seller - also sending pictures-, seller was responsive and offered a solution by sending a new work this is great customer service (this time with 'do not bend' stickers attached to the parcel, at my request). I wish I had received it undamaged in the first place but recognize the fault is with the shipment company.

5 out of 5 starsI contacted seller beforehand, seller was kind and responsive to all of my questions. As A3 size is 2cm higher than the standard frame size 30 x 40 cm, I contacted seller beforehand as I didn't want to have to cut the image. Seller kindly advised me of the different sizes they could be 'printed' to. I ended up ordering photo frame size 30x40cm. Given the communication, I had expected to receive the prints all 'printed' to this size. However at least part of them seem to have been cut to size. When framed I started noticing, for some it isn't very noticeable (image itself wasn't cut, slight perception of proportion) but for one of them the image was very visibly cut (part of the image itself being cut out by several cms). Another fits 'tight', the L/R sides being slightly covered by the frame. My rating for the prints is 4,5.

Care Instructions
The reproductions are high quality prints, it is preferable to keep them framed and in a space free of moisture.When it comes to an original work it is preferable to avoid direct sunlight, it tends to damage the pigments over time, it is advisable to keep frames.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are wrapped with great care in tissue paper, then travel in an envelope of bubbles so as not to spoil along the way.If you want to make a gift, you can leave a note when ordering and I will write it for you by hand, so that it arrives along with the gift.
