ReadyToMakeDesign

This privacy policy explains how ReadyToMake (Reza Dashtpour, Bergen, Norway) uses the personal information you share with me when you buy from my Etsy shop.

Information I collect
To deliver your order, Etsy shares with me your name, email address, the items you bought and any messages you send me. As I only sell digital files, I don't need or ask for a shipping address.

Why I use your information
I rely on the following legal grounds under the GDPR:
• To provide your order and support (contract): to give you access to your files, answer your questions and help if something doesn't work.
• To meet legal requirements (legal obligation): for example, keeping sales records for tax and accounting.
• Legitimate interests: to protect my shop against fraud and to improve my products. I never use your information for unsolicited marketing.

Sharing
I do not sell or share your information with anyone, except where needed to run my shop or required by law: Etsy (see Etsy's Privacy Policy), my accountant or tax authorities, and IT services such as email and secure file storage.

How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as needed to provide my services and to meet the legal record-keeping requirements in Norway (normally 5 years for accounting records).

Transfers
Some of the services I use, such as Etsy and email providers, may store information outside Norway and the EEA. These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, to object to or restrict how I use it, and to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, send me a message through Etsy.
