Q: I need a specific scale for my gamesystem. Can you resize it?
A: You can write us to request a specific scale for a model. If it is possible to resize the miniature for you we will do it and we will give you price for it.
Q: How can I see where is my package?
A: All our packages have a tracking number so your order will be always secure and will arrive to your home.
Q: My package is lost! What can I do?
A: In any case your package is lost by shipping services, we will search for a suitable solution for you, the most of times it will end on remaking the package but a lost package is a very rare situation having our packages with tracking numbers.
Q: My package went back to the sender. How can I fix it?
A: Sometimes the package arrives to destination and nobody claims it or for any reason, it comes back. In the cases the failure is caused by the shipping services we will send it again. In any other cases we will contact you to see what is the best and the most suitable solution for both sides.
Q: I want to cancel my order. How can I do it?
A: All our miniatures are made by order so in case you don't want the order you made, please, contact with us to see if it is possible to cancel it. If the package is here probably we will proceed but in case the package is shipped we can't cancel the order. To cancel it once it is shipped contact with us and we will search for a suitable solution for you.
Q: I want a miniature painted. Can you paint it for me?
A: If you are interested in purchase something from our store and you want also to have it painted, contact with us and we will give you prices. This is a special service that we can offer you and all will depend on what you want to purchase, times and prices are different depending on the miniature.
Q: Do you have a problem with your order?
A: If you have any problem with your order, for example, shipping services break the box or the models inside, something is missing, something is wrong... any problem, please contact with us and we will solve it in the most suitable way available. You will be always in contact with the me and my wife and we both are the ones who produces, makes the packages and send the orders.
Q: How much is to reach Free Shipping?
A: We have Free Shipping offers!
We have Free Shipping on orders above 35€ for Spanish customers
For the rest of the world we have Free Shipping on orders above 85€

Q: I have my own 3D files. Can you print them for me?
A: Yes. We can give you price for a printing service if you own those files. You only need to send us a quote to info@resinwarfare.com and we can start talking about it. At the end we will give you a price for what you need to print.
