Ich bin es

Ich bin in Italien aufgewachsen und habe dann angefangen, diese wunderschöne Welt von uns zu erkunden. Nachdem ich vier Jahre in Irland gelebt hatte, zog ich nach Kalifornien, USA, wo RossLab jetzt seinen Sitz hat.

Ich habe Kunst geliebt und Dinge mein ganzes Leben lang gemacht, aber ich habe meine Liebe zu Ton erst vor ein paar Jahren entdeckt. Was ich an der Herstellung von Keramik am meisten mag, ist zu wissen, dass sie das Zuhause eines anderen teilen und aufhellen werden.

Wenn ich nicht an der Töpferscheibe sitze, mache ich gerne Fotos, schaue mir alte Filme an, verbringe Zeit mit meinem geliebten Mann und meiner Katze (streng in dieser Reihenfolge!), Die im Wald spazieren gehen und auf das Meer schauen.


Das ist mein Shop

Ich beschloss, meinen Laden zu eröffnen, als ich zu Hause keinen Platz mehr hatte, um meine Stücke zu lagern. Ich fing an, verschiedene Keramiken für verschiedene Stile zu verkaufen, dann begann ich, an bestimmten Designs und Formen zu arbeiten, um meinen Kreationen ein unverwechselbares Aussehen zu verleihen.

Je länger ich mit Ton arbeite und mit meiner Kreativität experimentiere, desto klarer erscheint mein Stil: bunt und unkonventionell, verträumt und verspielt.

Ich mache alle meine Produkte von Hand und mit Liebe, von Anfang bis Ende, und ich glaube daran, besondere Dinge für besondere Menschen zu machen, die sie jeden Tag genießen können.

This is me

I grew up in Italy then started to explore this beautiful world of ours. After living four years in Ireland I moved to California, U.S., where RossLab is now based.

I have loved art and made things all my life, but I discovered my love for clay only few years ago. What I like the most about making ceramics is to know they will share and brighten someone else’s home.

When I am not at the potter’s wheel, I like making photographs, watching old films, spending time with my beloved husband and cat (strictly in this order!) walking in the woods and looking at the ocean.


This is my shop

I decided to open my shop when I had no more room at home to store my pieces. I started selling different ceramics for different styles, then I began working on specific designs and shapes to give an unmistakable look to my creations.

The longer I work with clay and experiment with my creativity the clearer my style appears: colorful and non conventional, dreamy and playful.

I make all my products by hand and with love, from start to finish, and I believe in making special things for special people to enjoy everyday.
