Saltmarsh and Linen comenzó como Wild Water Sands, una pequeña tienda de arte creada por una nadadora para nadadores. Con el tiempo, me di cuenta de que quienes apreciaban mi trabajo no eran solo los que se metían al agua. Eran los que paseaban por la orilla, guardaban conchas en el alféizar de la ventana y sentían paz en el instante en que veían el mar.
Así que la tienda ha crecido para satisfacer esas necesidades.
El nombre proviene de la costa de Essex, mi hogar, donde las marismas se encuentran con el campo y la luz cambia con cada marea. El lino evoca la suavidad y la calidez de un hogar, trasladando esa sensación al interior.

Todos los diseños son de mi autoría. Las impresiones se realizan en papel de alta calidad para bellas artes, y todo lo demás se termina y empaqueta a mano en pequeñas cantidades.
Si me han seguido desde Wild Water Sands, gracias. Nada de lo que les gustó se va a ir a ninguna parte. Simplemente ahora tiene un hogar más grande y acogedor.

Saltmarsh and Linen began life as Wild Water Sands, a small shop of art made by a swimmer for swimmers. Over time I realised the people who loved my work weren’t only the ones who went in. They were the ones who walked the shoreline, kept shells on the windowsill, and felt themselves settle the moment they saw the sea.
So the shop has grown to meet them.
The name comes from the Essex coast I call home, where the saltmarshes meet the countryside and the light changes with every tide. Linen is for the soft, lived-in comfort of a home that brings that feeling indoors.

Every design is my own. Prints are made on fine art paper, and everything else is finished and packed by hand in small batches.
