    International Shipping

    For International Shipping estimated delivery time is 5-20 days after the processing time ( except Canada 5-12 days).

    Only in two cases the International Delivery takes much longer: with the garment Unisex T-shirt 5XL and 6XL It usually takes between 4 to 10 weeks , subject to customs clearance delay (in these two sizes most packages sent to Italy, Spain, and Brazil will have customs clearance and postal delivery delays. It may take packages up to 24 weeks or longer for Brazil.)

    Refunds and Exchanges

    We want you satisfied with your purchase! So any issue please let us know.

    NOTE: There is no exchanges if you order the wrong size / color , each t-shirt is made on deman when your order.

    Contact us in Etsy Convo within 7 days of reciept of the problem product. Please return it as it was shipped to you. If the error was ours, we will reimburse you the cost of item minus the shipping fees. We will ask you for some photos to see the problem in your item.

    We do require that you ship the product back to me before we replace it or refund your money.

    We cannot be held responsible if you cause any harm to the product.

    Item not Received?

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

    If the package has not been delivered by this time frame there's also a possibility of the package to be held at the post office without the customer being notified (especially if customs fees is due). Please check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

    Colors Available ( IMPORTANT)

    Check the images for the colors available in each garment, the pulldown menu in your purchase shown all colors but some of them are not available in all garments, be sure to select the color showed in the color charts for each garment)
