5 de 5 estrellasI have wanted a larger Scott piece for a while. When the Black Friday sale came up I couldn’t resist! This piece is as gorgeous as the other 3 smaller pieces I have. Slightly less textured with wonderful collage layers and colors luminous in the light.
The shipment was caught in Holiday postal mail but Scott kept an eye on it till I received it. And of course the lovely mini pieces—I had seen the one with trees on Instagram...what a surprise when it was one of the ones I received!
I can’t wait to put this in a canvas floater frame. I a thinking black with white liner to show off all the wonderful colors.

5 de 5 estrellasI absolutely love Scott Bergey’s work - this is his third panting we have now.
Visiting his Etsy or Flickr pages turns into a long-term situation as I peruse each image, laughing out loud at one, becoming mesmerized by another.
So, anyway, “We Really” was the one I ultimately chose this time. Why? I’m not sure, just as I find myself wondering what “We Really” means.
But it really appeals to me, from the skinny turned-out feet of the middle figure to the texture to the collage (text) elements incorporated into two of the figures. I could stare at it for hours.
Thanks also, Scott, for the delightful smaller artwork as well. “We Really” was for my birthday, and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. -
