5 out of 5 starsI have purchased this anklet a couple of times in the past. Previously, the quality of material seemed much better. The only complaint I ever have is with the chain. It breaks very easily. I have had to fix it twice and now I can’t get it to reattach itself. The quality of the gold hoop seems to have gone down as well. It seems cheaper now than it did a few years ago. Sharon is very kind and has helped me with trying to reattach the chain. I would still buy other products from her for sure. But I might have to pass on this one, which stinks because it’s my favorite!!

Products warranty
Each product in my shop is made with full attention and care.
if you purchased an item that needs repair, you can mail it to me for free repair and I will mail it back to you free of charge. Product warranty is for 1 year from the day of purchase.
Unclaimed packages policies
Unclaimed packages that will return to my studio will be shipped and charged once again for shipping cost.
If for any reason you would like to get a refund for an unclaimed package, you will be charge with shipping cost.

How can you keep it in new condition? it's easy:
✓ Stay away from water: pool, ocean, lakes.
Staying away from water will prevent it from oxidizing. (referring to 24k gold plating jewelry)
✓ Try to void direct perfume spraying for that exact same reason.
✓ Store the items in a dark, dry closet, separated from each other with fabric scarps.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item wrapped with much love and care ♡ I create my own signature wrapping paper and each piece get into a beautiful box with soft cushion for max protection. If you wish to have a personal note, I'll be happy to do it!
Custom and personalized orders
I will gladly accept custom and personalized orders based on items I already have in my shop. You can choose size, length or a different color. Just contact me preview your order to make sure I can create your personal request.
Shipping method
I ship my items worldwide via Israel mail.
The basic free shipping option is without tracking number and takes between 14-21 business days.
if you would like to have tracking number for your parcel you can choose between two options:
International with tracking number - 10$, takes up to 10 bushiness days to arrive.
Worldwide expedited shipping - 28$, shipping time takes between 2-6 business days from delivery **Depending on the destination.
