Spreadoodle makes spreadsheet templates for people who run small service businesses: house cleaners, lawn care crews, pressure washing, junk removal, window cleaning and HVAC outfits. The shop also has a few planners and printables for busy homes.
Each business template does one job well: quote a job, schedule the week, send an invoice, see what you actually earned. You type into the yellow cells, the grey cells do the math, and a Start Here tab walks you through setup.
How the templates are made
Spreadoodle is a small independent shop. The owner decides what each template should do, which rules it follows and what goes in the shop.
How they're checked
Before anything is listed, every file goes through automated tests (formulas recalculated from scratch, edge cases like blank files, full files and unusual entries, and a check that the preview images match the real file). If a file fails, it goes back to be fixed and re-tested.
What to expect
Every order is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped.

- 2027 digital planner: hyperlinked PDF planners (Monday and Sunday start) for a PDF note-taking app on a tablet, plus printable PDFs in US Letter and A4. Not a spreadsheet.
- Printable gift tags and cards: an editable PDF you type into and print at home. Not a spreadsheet.
