All I can say is that Dawn is amazing. She was able to create a custom order for me. Even though it was custom and I expected it to take some time, it was sent to me way sooner than expected. Seller was quick to let me know the item probably wouldn't be ready for christmas and gave me the option of canceling (even though it wasn't promised before christmas). I am so glad I didn't cancel! It's beautifully done and time and detail that went into it is amazing and clearly evident. My husband loved it and it arrived on game day, which is perfect timing. Can't wait to order again! (Oh and it shipped and got here faster than said and was really well packaged!)
