3 out of 5 starsItem is cute and will be okay for intended baby gift, but note that this does NOT ship from Omaha NE; appears to have been an international shipment based on language from packaging. I ordered from here because I needed gift quickly and I'm only 60 miles from Omaha. Finally received item after 15 days of shipping/tracking...so now it's a very belated gift.

2 out of 5 starsThey replied nicely but I ordered this item because of the promised date of arrival and it was a week late and no longer needed. They are not out of Nebraska either. I contacted Etsy and they refunded me but the seller still sent the item after the return was made, which is nice. The item is comparable to things at big stores around here and had burn marks around the engraving
