I made The Reset Sheet because most burnout resources are either a textbook
or a pastel quote collection. Neither helps at 2am when your head won't stop.
These are workbooks you can open on a bad day. Short prompts. Small boxes,
on purpose — a small space keeps it low-pressure, and writing what you
actually did beats staring at an empty to-do list. Start on any page. Skip
any page. Fifteen minutes at a time is enough, and there is no streak to
break.
They are not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a replacement for a doctor if
that's what you need. They are structured self-reflection for people who
would rather think it through on paper than in their head.
I design them myself with AI assistance, and I say so on every listing,
because you should know what you are buying.
