Thrive in Business è stata fondata da Clare Griffiths, FRSA nel 2018, quando si è sentita frustrata dal fatto di non riuscire a trovare il giusto tipo di supporto aziendale e comunità di cui aveva bisogno come donna solopreneur. Poiché non riusciva a trovare ciò che voleva, ha deciso di creare la soluzione da sola!
Mentre ci sono alcuni fantastici programmi di supporto alle imprese per le fondatrici che vogliono costruire una squadra e scalare le loro attività, ci sono pochissime iniziative per le donne solopreneurs che vogliono far crescere la propria attività in termini di entrate, ma non in termini di personale, e che sono felici di continuare a lavorare per se stessi come un'azienda di uno.
In risposta a ciò, Clare ha deciso di colmare questa lacuna offrendo opportunità di apprendimento e networking stimolanti, informative e pratiche per le donne solopreneurs che - crede fermamente - sono sottoservite nel mondo del supporto aziendale.
Negli ultimi anni, Clare ha sviluppato una serie di eventi (di persona e online) e strumenti pratici di apprendimento per le donne nel mondo degli affari.

Thrive in Business was founded by Clare Griffiths, FRSA in 2018, when she became frustrated that she couldn’t find the right kind of business support and community she needed as a female solopreneur. As she couldn’t find what she wanted, she decided to create the solution herself!
Whilst there are some fantastic business support programmes for female founders who want to build a team and scale their businesses, there are very few initiatives for female solopreneurs who want to grow their own business in terms of revenue, but not in terms of staff, and who are happy to remain working for themselves as a company of one.
In response to this, Clare decided to fill that gap by delivering inspiring, informative and practical learning and networking opportunities for female solopreneurs who - she strongly believes - are underserved in the world of business support.
Over the last few years, Clare has developed a range of events (in-person and online) and practical learning tools for women in business.
