How do I download my files?
Right after checkout, click the download link on your receipt, or go to Etsy.com > You > Purchases and reviews. Your files are always available there to re-download.
Can I print at home?
Yes. Every file is a standard PDF designed for home printing on US Letter paper. You can also take it to any print shop, or use it digitally on a tablet or phone with any PDF app.
What if my file won't open or looks wrong?
Message me through Etsy and describe the problem. I'll send you a fresh copy or fix the file — usually the same day.
Can I share the file with a friend or family member?
Your purchase covers you and your household. If someone outside your household needs it, please send them to the shop — it keeps the lights on so I can keep making these.
Do the VA guides replace professional help?
No. They're plain-English educational guides based on research and lived experience. For claims and appeals, I always recommend working with an accredited VSO, claims agent, or attorney — the guides will help you walk in prepared, not walk in alone.
Do you offer custom or personalized versions?
Not right now — every product is a finished, ready-to-use download. If there's a planner or guide you wish existed, message me. Reader requests drive what I build next.
