Hi! I'm Verónica, a spanish freelance illustrator. Painting is my passion, and I have created my own world since I was a kid. I live in Barcelona with my two cats, and am a chocolate addict.

Accepted payment methods
Returns & exchanges
Payment
All payments need to be cleared before shipping the products. If payment has not been received 48 hours after your purchase, the order will be cancelled. If for any reason you cannot make the payment, please send me a message to let me know, so we can sort it out.
Shipping
★ All shipments will be sent via certified mail through CORREOS ESPAÑA. I ́ll send you the shipment's tracking number to the e-mail address provided with your order, so you can track the shipment at the CORREOS ESPAÑA website.
★ Shipping may take between 7 to 15 days* for Spain, 10 to 20 days* for other European destinations and 8 to 15 days* for other locations. All times are estimates, and the can vary in certain seasons (like Christmas, Black Friday, etc).

★ If you haven't received your shipment in that time, counting from notification of shipping, please contact me.
Tariffs and customs duties
Customers will have to pay tariffs and customs duties, if applicable. I cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
Additional policies and FAQs
★ All items, except prints, are handmade and in traditional techniques. They may have some imperfection, notch... This does not mean that they are damaged, it is part of their artisanal manufacture.
★ If you have any special guidelines for your order let me know with a note when you place the same.
★ I'm interested to know your opinion. So when you receive your order please comment that you thought of the product, its packaging... It will help me improve the store and service.
