3 out of 5 starsThe color is true to the photos, and the ribbon is good quality. However, the photo shows the ribbon wrapped flat to dry, but it was twisted on mine so it looks more like a thick cord, so without ironing it will not work for the project I purchased it for. It's still really pretty - I will find a use for it.

5 out of 5 starsMarta was super helpful in helping me find the perfect dyed silk ribbons for my wedding! I was searching for a French blue colored silk ribbon for my wedding, and Marta didn't have the color on hand, but she was more than accommodating. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The ribbons came packaged well all the way from Spain, and I can't wait to use them on my wedding day!

Sizing details
- What size of ribbon should I choose for a bridal bouquet?
1.5”-wide hand dyed silk ribbons are the most popular with Warm & Wild brides. In terms of length, it really depends on how you’d like the ribbons to hang. If you’d like them to hang down to the knee or a bit longer, 3-yard long ribbons are the best choice. If you’d like them to hang all the way down to the floor, your best option is the 5-yard long!

- I’d like to buy a ribbon for my wedding invitations. What size and type of ribbon should I buy?
Both habotai silk ribbons and recycled chiffon silk ribbons are ideal for wedding invitations. The length of the ribbon required depends on the dimensions of the invitation and how you would like to present it. A useful trick is to wind a piece of string around one of your invitations as if it were a ribbon (e.g. once, twice, in a bow or in a knot). Then measure the length of the string. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact me at hello@warmandwild.com.
Care instructions
Silk ribbons and textiles can be washed. All Warm & Wild products are dyed with natural dyes, which means colours may vary if the pH changes or if chemical products are used to wash them. The best way to avoid discolouring and damaging the material is to hand wash your products using a neutral pH detergent.
After multiple washes or significant exposure to direct sunlight, the colour may fade. When naturally dyed ribbons are subject to a sudden change of pH, their reaction will be to change colour. Plant food, for example, will change the tone of the ribbon, so I recommend drying the bouquet stems before winding the ribbon around them.
Ribbons and textiles can also be ironed, but only at a low temperature.
Wholesale availability
Warm & Wild offers small discounts for wholesale orders and to wedding sector professionals. Please get int touch and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
What are products made from?
Warm & Wild products are made from various high quality materials (including silk, velvet and linen) and have been dyed with natural dyes derived from plants and flowers.
Are the colours the same as on-screen?
Natural dyes - and also silk - project colours differently in different light. All photos are taken with natural light, with the aim of showing the exact tone of each colour.
Are you interested in collaborating on photoshoots and articles?
Depending on the time of year and the number of orders that are pending, I may not be able to agree to every collaborative project that is proposed. I do try to get involved with various collaborations throughout the year though, so please fill in this form and I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
