We understand it can be really frustrating when delivery companies do not deliver within the time frames listed. We use Royal Mail as our main delivery provider - and while they usually ship quickly without issue, their services can be subject to delays, particularly for international orders.
9 times out of 10 delayed orders (using the correct address) are not 'lost', they are simply delayed due to customs hold-ups / staff shortages / or parcel congestion, and do arrive at their destination late.
For this reason we are not able to refund / replace orders until 30 days after the date of shipment. Rest assured we will always make sure an order is fulfilled, replaced or refunded, but we do ask for your patience to resolve this.

By popular demand we have turned shipping to the USA back on. But please note that orders arrive in the United States may well now be subject to tariff charges (potentially 10-40%).

Things are changing so often it is hard for us to know what amount may be charged, but we believe it will be 30% of the order value. Please note duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and so if you are not comfortable with extra charges being applied refrain from ordering and do get in touch - as we may be able to direct you to a local store stocking our products within the USA.
