Wild Prairie Patterns
Nel 2014, quando ho aperto questo negozio, ho acquistato un software che alla fine ho avuto difficoltà a usare. Quando ho aggiornato il software nel 2022, è stato allora che il mio negozio ha preso il volo e ho riscoperto il mio amore per la digitalizzazione! Nel 2023, quando ho iniziato ad aggiungere modelli "in-the-hoop" e cartamodelli in PDF, ho pensato che fosse appropriato cambiare nome. Precedentemente "Omaha Embroidery" (questa attività è stata avviata quando vivevo nella nostra città natale di Omaha, Nebraska, USA), ho deciso di cambiare il nome del mio negozio in "Wild Prairie Patterns" per abbinarlo al mio negozio di cucito fisico "Wild Prairie Sewing", dove realizzo orsetti e altri oggetti ricordo. Mi è sembrato particolarmente appropriato, dato che all'epoca vivevamo in una piccola città del North Dakota. Ci siamo trasferiti di recente nello Utah nord-orientale. Ma il nome Wild Prairie Patterns è ancora appropriato, anche se riesco a vedere le montagne dal mio giardino! :)
In 2014 when I started this shop, I purchased a software that I ended up having a hard time using. When I upgraded my software in 2022, that is when my shop really took off and I rediscovered my love of digitizing! In 2023 when I started adding "in the hoop" designs and PDF sewing patterns, that is when I felt like a name change was appropriate. Formerly "Omaha Embroidery" (this business was started while living in our hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, USA), I decided to change my shop name to "Wild Prairie Patterns" to match my physical sewing shop "Wild Prairie Sewing" where I make memory bears and other memory items. It seemed particularly fitting since we lived in a small town in North Dakota at the time. We have recently moved to northeastern Utah. But the name Wild Prairie Patterns still fits, even though I can see the mountains from my yard! :)
