Sono sempre stata attratta dalla struttura, dalla chiarezza e dai sistemi che rendono più comprensibili le cose complesse. La ricerca accademica, pur essendo a volte impegnativa, è qualcosa che amo sinceramente, non per le scadenze o la pressione, ma per il processo di dare un senso alle informazioni.
Mi piace trasformare il caos in qualcosa di strutturato, leggibile e utile.

Vivo in Ucraina e, come molte persone qui, sto cercando un modo per sbarcare il lunario e costruire qualcosa di mio in un periodo di grande incertezza.

Ho due titoli di studio universitari, due gatti e una solida esperienza nella ricerca accademica. Anche se questo tipo di lavoro non sempre garantisce stabilità finanziaria, è qualcosa a cui tengo profondamente.

Mentre lavoravo alle mie tesi e ai miei progetti di ricerca, ho iniziato a creare semplici sistemi per organizzare fonti, appunti e idee, soprattutto per sopravvivere al processo senza impazzire.
A un certo punto, ho capito che questi strumenti potevano essere utili anche ad altri.

Perché ho creato questo negozio

Ho creato YourAcademicHelper per condividere i sistemi che hanno funzionato davvero per me.
Non sono perfetti, né eccessivamente complicati: sono semplicemente strumenti pratici che:
• ti aiutano a rimanere organizzato
• ridurre il sovraccarico
• risparmiare tempo
• e rendere la scrittura più gestibile

Se anche tu hai la sensazione che la ricerca possa trasformarsi rapidamente in caos, non sei il solo.

Hi, I’m Sandra — the person behind YourAcademicHelper ✨

I’m based in Ukraine, and like many people here, I’ve been looking for ways to stay afloat and build something of my own during a very uncertain time.

I have two higher education degrees,two cats and a strong background in academic research. Even though this kind of work doesn’t always bring financial stability, it’s something I care deeply about.

While working on my own theses and research projects, I started creating simple systems to organize sources, notes, and ideas — mostly to survive the process without losing my mind.
At some point, I realized these tools could help others too.

Why I created this shop

I created YourAcademicHelper to share the systems that actually worked for me.
Not perfect, not overly complicated — just practical tools that:

• reduce overwhelm
• save time
• and make writing feel more manageable
