Please note that delays sometimes happen, especially if there is a special event and the postal service is overwhelmed, such as Christmas time or in exceptional situations such as COVID- 19. During the pandemic situation many of the countries have constraints on their postal service, which is why delays are so frequent. Please be kind and consider that you're buying from an independent artist who is not liable for such delays.

Losses in standard shipments are very uncommon, but they can still happen. Regrettably, I cannot be held responsible for losses in other countries' postal services in standard shipments. So I cannot afford any kind of refund in such cases. I am a very small shop. In case you haven't received your order, please send me a direct message on Etsy and I'll be happy to do my best to help you.

Make sure you had checked the estimated shipment time. If the package has still not appeared, please check with your local post office before contacting me.

Often the US postal service does not upload the information into the system when it arrives there. This does not mean that the package isn't moving. The package will arrive, please be patient.

In case you are concerned about a loss, please contact me via direct message. Your shipment was registered so after 1 month since it has been sent, and a long delay of no information since it arrived in your country, I can make a reclamation, and the Spanish postal services will open an investigation to locate your parcel. When the enquiry is finished (1 - 2 months), if your parcel has missing you'll get your money back.

I pack all orders as carefully as possible, with rigid cardboard envelopes and protective material so that your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, accidents do happen and I cannot be held responsible for any damage the postal service may cause to your envelope.
However if this happens and I have stock available, send me a direct message via etsy and I will try to restock your order as best I can.

I usually have a full schedule with work for publishers but if, occasionally, I open a period of time for a particular and personalised commission I announce it through my instagram account, where I can have a more direct relationship with you.
