Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
Will I need to pay customs charge or additional fees?
Unfortunately, we do not cover these extra charges. Taxes, duties and customs fees which may apply, can vary from each country. We recommend contacting your local custom office for more information.
Can I add a product to my order?
Yes, but please contact us within 2 days after you have ordered and as long as the shipping has not yet been completed.
Can I return the product?
We have carefully curated all our products and we love to bring the best to you. In the case you are not happy with your item, you can choose to return it.
If the return is due to a change of opinion, the customer has a period of 14 working days from the moment of receiving the products and must notify me in advance via email: lacasadefreja@gmail.com
The return product will be accepted if it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and within the return time previously indicated. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I cancel an order?
