El talento artístico se remonta a varias generaciones en el lado de mi padre de la familia: pintores, relojeros, fotógrafos, músicos e incluso un dramaturgo, por lo que siempre parecía natural ser creativo. Siempre me ha encantado dibujar y pintar, y también incursioné en el diseño floral por un tiempo, pero el diseño de joyas es mi verdadera pasión.
Me uní a Etsy en 2007 y me sorprendió la infinita cantidad de talento que vi aquí. En 2009 finalmente me armé de valor para abrir mi propia tienda y ¡qué gran experiencia de aprendizaje ha sido! Me ha abierto un mundo completamente nuevo, y por eso le debo a Etsy una deuda de gratitud. La experiencia de abrir mi tienda y poner mis cosas en exhibición para que el mundo las viera me dio la confianza que eventualmente me llevó a que mi trabajo apareciera en revistas como Belle Armoire Jewelry, Jewelry Affaire, BeadStyle y Bead Trends.
Mi joyería está creada con una mezcla de componentes nuevos y vintage, objetos encontrados, vidrio checo premium y cuentas de piedra. Estoy constantemente inspirado para aprender nuevas técnicas y crecer en mi conocimiento y habilidad, con la esperanza de poder seguir ofreciendo piezas de joyería únicas y bien hechas que mis clientes disfruten usando. Recientemente aprendí a esmaltar con antorcha, lo que me da otra fuente para agregar un rico color y textura a mis diseños.

Artistic talent goes back several generations on my dad's side of the family - painters, watchmakers, photographers, musicians and even a playwright - so it always seemed natural to be creative. I've always loved to draw and paint, and I also dabbled in floral design for a while, but jewelry design is my real passion.
I joined Etsy in 2007, and was amazed at the endless amount of talent I saw here. In 2009 I finally got up the courage to open my own shop and what a great learning experience that has been! It's opened up a whole new world for me - and for that I owe Etsy a debt of gratitude. The experience of opening my shop and putting my things on display for the world to see gave me the confidence that eventually led to having my work featured in magazines such as Belle Armoire Jewelry, Jewelry Affaire, BeadStyle and Bead Trends.
My jewelry is created with a mixture of new and vintage components, found objects, premium Czech glass and stone beads. I'm constantly being inspired to learn new techniques and to grow in my knowledge and ability, in hopes that I can continue to offer unique and well made jewelry pieces that my customers will enjoy wearing. I recently taught myself torch fired enameling, which gives me another source to add rich color and texture to my designs.
