Payment
Usually payments are made via PayPal or by credit card ; but also they can be made by bank transfer.

Shipping
Items comes in a nice bag made of sari fabrics from India and ship it in a bubble envelope so that it reaches you in perfect condition. Each item is packed as a precious gift .
I'm shipping to your ETSY address and not to your PayPal address.
If you want the item shipped to a different address - let me know.
Items are shipped by ordinary POST office .
I ship within 24 hours of purchase maximum.
Delivery in EU arrive between 3-5 working days and to the other countries between 7-10 working days.
At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a message with tracking number.
Once the parcel arrives at USA the tracking number stops working because the US has failed to provide this service to Europe.
Please note that I cannot take responsibility for postal delays or for any custom taxes in your country. Buyers are responsible for knowing what items can be legally purchased and imported into their own country.

Brass Care
Brass is beautiful, but there are a few things to consider before purchasing.
Do not get your jewellery wet, take rings off before washing hands and remove other brass jewellery before taking a shower. We also advise that you do not sleep with your jewellery on.
Brass rings can sometimes leave a faint green mark on the finger, this can be due to skin PH (and is not an allergic reaction), to avoid this you could take the ring off during sleep and avoid getting it wet. If you do find that you have a green mark it will easily wash off with soap. Another alternative is to paint the inside of the ring with clear nail varnish, which will stop the metal directly touching the skin.
Our jewellery is hardy, but we still ask that you treat it with care. Be gentle when fastening earrings as the metal we use for our earring clasps is soft.
