Frequently asked questions
How can I send you the photos?
You can send them on the Etsy Messaging or send the photos through my email. Please send a couple of photos so I can choose the best one. High resolution photos can be taken by any smartphone these days, but light also important factor.
How long does the process take?
Processing time is 12-24 hours. The processing time starts as soon as I receive a usable photo of your pet or your family member. I will do the portrait and send you a preview. Once you confirm it, the portrait will sent you by message.
What will I receive if I order a Digital File?
You will receive a high resolution portrait on (300 DPI) JPG file.
Can you combine more than one photo on my portrait?
Yes absolutely. I can combine more than one photo if you want. Don't forget to add quantity before ordering.
What is the size options and how big can I print them?
I can do any size you want. My digital portraits are high resolution and you can print it them on anywhere you like.
Can I place a custom order for a person or animal that you do not have in your listings?
Of course. Our original work is to make all kinds of designs. We are photographers and digital designers. :)
What does it mean that you make the Website and Maintain it?
-It means that we create your website from scratch, and we take care of everything; hosting, domain... and everything you need for a year so you can dedicate your time and energy to your business.
-It is not enough to make a website, to be visible on Google and to reach customers you have to practice SEO, and use a wide variety of tools of which we do everything ourselves.

Do you have more logos than you show in the listings?
Of course!, we have thousands. These are just an example. Once the customer has made the purchase and tells us what he/she is looking for, we will show him/her the ones he/she might like the most and we will redesign it for him/her.
