✨🌈We leave printing beautiful products to the professionals! Our products are printed by different shops around the world. We thoroughly test and sample all of our printers before deciding to work with them.

✨🌈Stickers are made by a United States printer. A local NJ print shop prints our greeting cards. Stickers and greeting cards are shipped by yours truly (Jaylene at Midnight Door Studio)! Mugs and apparel are printed and shipped by one of our printing partners that has multiple locations.

No. Unfortunately, due to the nature of a digital product (instant download) I cannot accept returns/exchanges/cancellations.

Yes, BUT you can ONLY cancel your order if the item has NOT been started in the printing process. Once your order has gone into the printing process it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
