UPDATED DRESS STYLE-new Pamela style dress fits true to normal US sizing and adult dresses now have POCKETS!

For example, if you have a 31" waist and 34" bust, the size S would be form fitting, but a M would allow a little more room. Hip measurements aren't as important for this dress as the skirt flares out. Fabric does have a little stretch, and good weight so if a little loose it hangs very well.
