Information concerning the EU Right of Withdrawal for distance buying:

- request a return: within 14 days of receiving the item
- return the item: within 14 days of making the return request
- buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- item & original shipping will be fully refunded once item is returned

You have the right to withdraw (request a return) your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period, also known as the cooling off period, will expire after 14 days from the day of receiving the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement e.g. through Etsy or you may use the model withdrawal form mentioned below, but this form is not obligatory.

Compliant with EU law I will reimburse you for your item and the initial standard shipping costs. Returns are to be sent back within 14 days of cancelling your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the price of goods returned. Once the item is returned & inspected you will receive your refund. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (with the exception of transport damage). I suggest taking photos of the item and packaging before returning it.
